Colored Grout

I. Product Overview:

　　Colored tile grout is a refined, polymer-based synthetic resin product available in powder form, offering vibrant colors and exceptional adhesion as well as strong color retention. It is waterproof, highly resistant to seepage, crack-free, and mold-inhibiting, while delivering outstanding decorative effects. The product can be customized into various colors according to user preferences. It is ideal for grouting interior and exterior wall tiles, natural stones, and stone-imitation materials. Depending on the application environment, it comes in two types: sand-free grout and sand-containing grout. For winter construction projects, a freeze-resistant version of the product is also available.

　　2. Adds seamless smoothness without creating cracks, forming a waterproof and anti-seepage barrier together with the tiles;

　　4. Possesses a certain degree of flexibility, enabling it to absorb expansion and contraction movements between the substrate and tiles or stone materials—especially large-format decorative elements—thereby extending the lifespan of the finished surface.

　　5. Special formulation featuring excellent properties such as resistance to mold, algae, and UV rays.

　　IV. Construction Process:

　　1. Substrate Preparation: The grouting process should only be carried out 7 to 10 days after the tiles have been laid. Before using this product, thoroughly clean the tile joints, removing any loose adhesive, dust, grease, or other contaminants from the缝隙.

　　2. Preparation: Mix this product with water to form a thick paste. The amount of water added will vary depending on the smoothness and absorbency of the tile surface. After thoroughly stirring until smooth, let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then give it a gentle stir before use.

　　3. Construction Method: Apply the thoroughly mixed grout into the tile joints using a specialized tool, and once it has slightly dried, carefully remove any excess grout from the tile surfaces.

　　5. Recommended Dosage:

　　G = 1.6 × (seam width, mm) × (seam depth, mm) × (brick length, mm + brick width, mm) / (brick length × brick width) kg/㎡.

　　6. Packaging and Storage:

　　1. Woven bags, packed at 25 kg per bag.

　　2. Store in a ventilated, dry place, away from water and moisture. The effective shelf life is 6–12 months.

　　7. Important Notes:

　　1. Construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. During the joint-filling process and within 24 hours afterward, avoid direct exposure to intense sunlight or rain. It is also advisable to minimize construction in low-temperature conditions to prevent whitening phenomena.

　　2. Avoid walking on the floor tiles within 24 hours after grouting;

　　3. Before carrying out large-area grouting work, first create a mock sample to confirm the color and ensure that tile surfaces won’t be stained due to water absorption by the tiles.
