High-Strength, Non-Shrink Grouting Material

Classification:

  • 产品描述
  • High-Strength, Non-Shrink Grouting Material

Introduction: This product is a versatile, high-strength, non-shrink grouting material that incorporates a variety of organic and inorganic additives. It boasts excellent workability, enabling automatic self-leveling. After solidification, it exhibits rapid early strength development, delivering characteristics such as early strength, high strength, and zero shrinkage. This material is widely suitable for applications including anchor bolts, machine bases, steel structures, foundation cup-shaped sockets, and the installation of large-scale mechanical equipment. Additionally, it is ideal for grouting in high-speed railways, dedicated passenger lines, and highways.

Applications: 1. Column foundations, equipment, and chassis base grouting

      2. Horizontal Rebar Anchoring

      3. Caves, crevices, and recesses—grouting

      4. Grouting Repair

      5. Equipment Installation Grouting

Advantages: 1. Construction is simple—just add water and mix according to the instructions on-site before use.

      2. The slurry is easy to mix and apply during construction.

      3. Good flowability

      4. Shrinkage Compensation

      5. Rapid Strength Growth

      6. Non-toxic and non-corrosive

      7. Does not contain iron ions and chloride salts

      8. Long operational duration

      9. Pre-mixed packaging to avoid product performance fluctuations caused by on-site preparation.

       Packaging: 50kg/bag

Bulk density of dry powder: 1.64 kg/L

Storage conditions: Between +5°C and +35°C

       Mortar density: 2.1–2.2 kg/litre

Liquidity Test: Initial slump ≥ 260 mm, 30-minute slump retention ≥ 230 mm

       Compressive Strength:

      1 day ≥ 22 MPa

      3 days ≥ 40 MPa

      28 days ≥ 70 MPa

Water addition amount: 4.0–4.3 liters of water per 25 kg

       Instructions for Use:

Grassroots Preparation: The concrete surface must be dry, dense, free of oil stains, cement laitance, and any particles that could compromise adhesion. For metal surfaces (steel and iron plates), remove all scale, rust, and oil stains; additionally, water-absorbent substrates should be thoroughly saturated with water.

Mixing: Add 4.0–4.3 liters of water for every 25 kg to achieve the desired consistency, then use a low-speed electric mixer (at no more than 500 rpm) until thoroughly blended.

Construction: It is recommended that experienced or trained construction personnel carry out this task, and reasonable on-site arrangements are required.

Pour the thoroughly mixed grouting material into the foundation, ensuring it is poured from only one side to allow gases to escape freely. When constructing the base plate, sufficient pressure is required to ensure the grout flows smoothly and completely.

The grouting must be completed within 30 minutes after the materials have been thoroughly mixed, and construction should proceed continuously. In cases where grouting is particularly challenging, guide strips may be used—but vibration equipment should not be employed.

Generally, for grouting, larger-sized aggregates such as 4–8 mm, 8–16 mm, or 16–32 mm can be selected based on the volume and added to the grout material. The proportion should ideally range between 50% and 100%, with pebbles being preferable to crushed stone.

Tool cleaning: After use, immediately clean the tools and equipment with water; materials that have hardened or solidified can only be removed by mechanical methods.

Important Notes: Any technical specifications in the product manual are based on experimental testing, and test results may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

Local binding force: Considering the regulations of different countries, the product's performance may vary depending on local laws and standards.

       Health and Safety:

Protective measures: Gloves and safety goggles must be worn during operation.

Important Notes: The handling of residual materials must be carried out in accordance with local regulatory requirements. With the approval of the local government, fully solidified materials can be disposed of as ordinary waste.
