　　Tile (stone) adhesive is a new type of tile bonding agent made by using cement as the binding agent, along with polymer additives and inorganic powders serving as water-retaining and bonding agents. It is also suitable for thin-layer tile adhesion.

　 　II. Product Description:

　　This product is formulated with cement, fillers, synthetic polymers, and carefully selected additives. Add water at 28% of the dry material weight, then thoroughly mix for 5 minutes before use.

　　3. Product Features:

　　1. High bonding strength—approximately 2 to 3 times higher than that of pure cement.

　　2. Excellent construction performance. This product boasts good water retention, workability, and anti-slump properties, with an adjustable working time of up to approximately 20 minutes.

　　3. Reduce costs. Since this bonding powder is designed for thin-layer application, it significantly cuts down on usage, leading to cost savings.

　　4. Excellent durability: This product features a certain degree of flexibility, and because it bonds in a thin layer, its resistance to deformation is enhanced, resulting in superior durability.

　 　IV. Uses and Scope of Application:

　　This tile adhesive can be widely used for bonding tiles onto concrete mortar walls, floors, and various types of wall panel surfaces.

　　6. Construction Process:

　　1) Substrate Preparation: The substrate should be smooth, firm, and free of dust, dirt, oil stains, or other contaminants. Any minor unevenness can be smoothed out using adhesive.

　　2) Mixing: Use 26%-28% water by weight of the dry powder. Adjust the amount of water slightly based on the desired consistency and construction conditions. Pour the dry powder into a bucket already filled with clean water, then use a mixer to blend thoroughly. Afterward, let it sit for 3 minutes, stir again until smooth, and it’s ready for use. Note that the adhesive must be used within 4 hours after adding water.

　　3) Laying tiles: Use a trowel to spread the prepared adhesive evenly onto the substrate surface. Be mindful of the adhesive's working time—typically around 20 minutes—and, once spread, use a notched trowel to create even ridges. Firmly press the tiles onto the ridged adhesive; note that tile positions can still be adjusted within about 15 minutes. When laying tiles, make sure to leave appropriate grout lines.

　　 7. Important Notes:

　　1) Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5°C; do not proceed with construction during rain.

　　2) When laying exterior wall tiles, the depth of the grout lines must be no less than half the thickness of the tiles.

　　3) When transporting and storing this product, care should be taken to protect it from water and moisture. It can be stored under dry conditions for approximately six months.

　　8. Packaging and Storage:

　　1. This product is packaged in a woven bag with an inner liner, 50 kg per bag.

　　Store on pallets off the ground to prevent rainwater from soaking, ensuring proper ventilation and dryness while avoiding direct sunlight.
