2. Tool Preparation
Infrared, scraper, squeegee, measuring tape, sandpaper, straightedge, water pipe, and more
3. Key Process Points
1) Basic Interface Processing
① Impurities such as surface dust, loose materials, and oil stains on the base layer must be thoroughly removed.
② Before construction, proper preparation of the base surface must be done. This requires adjustments based on the specific type of base material.
Perform different water-soaking moistening steps; ensure there is no standing water on the base surface. Apply an interface agent to the concrete wall surface.
2) Plumb, square, and establish guidelines: Using the reference lines already marked on the walls, measure at each doorway
Hanging at corners, stacks, wall surfaces, and more
Vertical alignment, squaring, and applying plaster patches;
3) Apply screed and protect corners. Vertical screeds should be spaced no more than 1.5 meters apart, with a width of 10 to 20 mm being ideal.
4) Apply a generous coat of plaster. Once the mortar at the seams has completely dried, mix in the lightweight gypsum and then spread it evenly.
Apply 1mm beyond the reference line on the base, then use an aluminum alloy scraper to smooth the surface upward along the reference line.
Smooth it out—use the scraped material to fill in the dents, aiming for a perfectly even finish with just one stroke of the trowel. Sand
After the slurry has slightly hardened, use a 2-meter straightedge to check the wall's flatness—scrape off any areas that are slightly higher, and fill in any spots that are too low.
Fill in the gaps. The plastering thickness should ideally be between 5 and 20 mm. Then, thoroughly inspect the wall surface for evenness, using a plumb bob to check both verticality and flatness. If the thickness exceeds 20 mm, it must be applied in layers.
Construction: Loose plaster slurry should be cleaned up promptly. After leveling, the预留 holes should be addressed.
Smooth and level the areas around holes, electrical boxes, slots, and junction boxes.
4. Finished Product Protection:
Lightweight gypsum mortar must not be subjected to water flushing, impact, vibration, or freezing before it sets, to prevent contamination.
Contamination and damage, lightweight gypsum
The initial setting time is typically between 1 and 1.5 hours.
5. Construction Environment
Suitable construction temperature: 5–35 °C
6. Precautions
① Due to the unique properties of lightweight gypsum, the amount mixed each time should not be excessive—aim to mix and use it immediately.
Use it—once the mixture is prepared, it should be applied promptly.
Use it up before initial setting to avoid waste;
② Once the slurry has begun to set, it must not be mixed with additional water for reuse.
③ This product is not suitable for use on areas with prolonged water exposure or exterior wall plastering.
④ This product can be used directly by adding water and stirring; mixing with other materials is strictly prohibited.
⑤ During winter construction, it is essential to ensure the slurry is used without freezing.
⑥ When stirring, it should be done inside the bucket; stirring directly on the ground is prohibited.
