1. Product overview:

Junjie plastering mortar is made of high-quality cement, fine aggregate and a variety of high-performance admixtures. It is suitable for plastering lightweight walls such as aerated concrete blocks, fly ash blocks, ceramsite bricks and high water absorption materials.

2. Performance and characteristics

1) The product is a powdery single-component material. It can be used by directly adding water and stirring on site. It can be wiped and sprayed by hand.

2) This product is made of inorganic cementing materials, water-retaining thickening materials, and high-molecular polymer materials. The slurry is easy to apply, high bonding strength, not easy to hollow, strong weather resistance, and good crack resistance.

3) The product has excellent environmental performance, and the hardened material has no adverse effect on the human body.

Third, the construction process of plastering mortar

1. Construction process

Construction preparation—base treatment—reinforcement—wall wetting, mortar preparation—plastering—partial repair—product protection

Mortar mixer, trolley, bucket, bucket, broom, brush, trowel, ash tray, yin and yang corner trowel, ruler, tape measure, etc.

3. Operation process

1) Plastering operating conditions

The construction acceptance of the wall to be plastered is completed; doors, windows, pipes, wire boxes, etc. have been installed; the ambient temperature is higher than 5°C during plastering and within 72 hours after plastering.

2) Surface treatment of the base layer

Clean the wall debris, floating soil, oil stains and other wall residues on the wall, and use appropriate materials to repair and level the default places.

4) Wall wetting and mortar preparation

Use a brush to moisten the wall with water until it is basically saturated, but there should be no bright water on the wall.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the mortar mixer, then add the dry powder, turn on the mixer, observe the consistency of the slurry, add water when the slurry is too thick, add dry powder when it is too thin, and stop adding powder when the slurry is too thick. After stirring for about 2 minutes, pause the stirring, scrape the sticky dry powder material on the edge of the mixer and the mixing blade into the mixer, and then stir for 2 to 3 minutes before use. The recommended matching ratio is as follows:

Dry powder material: water 100:16

The amount of ingredients at one time should not be too much; the mixed slurry should be used up within 2 hours. The slurry that has been left for too long to dryness shall not be stirred for use with water.

6) Plastering

Plastering should be performed when there is no clear water on the wetted surface of the wall.

Put the mixed slurry on the wall to be plastered, and the thickness of the plastering is about 0.8～1.0cm mm. When the plaster thickness is greater than 15mm, it should be applied in layers, and the second layer should be applied after the first layer is dry.

7) Surface protection

The plastering mortar that survives can be cured naturally without sprinkling water for curing.

During the maintenance process, pay attention to the protection of the finished product to prevent damage.

During transportation, handle with care, prevent rain, and store in a dry place for 3 months
