1. Product features
Hydrophobic swelled bead thermal insulation mortar is an inorganic thermal insulation mortar made by premixing and dry mixing after adding inorganic cementing materials and various additives as the main raw material of vitrified microbead lightweight aggregate.
The product features are as follows:
a. The thermal conductivity is small, the heat preservation effect is good, the heat insulation performance is excellent, and the sound insulation effect is good. It can be used as a sound insulation board alone
b. Good fire resistance: The material has Class A combustibility and can withstand high temperatures below 1000 degrees Celsius, which makes up for the existing organic insulation materials that are flammable and high temperature to produce toxic gases. It is the insulation of internal and external walls, roofs, stairwells, fire channels, etc. The first choice for internal insulation.
c. Good water resistance, low dry shrinkage, strong static pressure shearing force, good thixotropy, good workability, good freeze-thaw resistance, stable and durable performance, and good wind pressure resistance
d. Stable quality: The water-repellent swelling bead insulation mortar is industrially produced, and the raw materials are optimized and strictly controlled to fundamentally ensure the consistency, stability and reliability of the material properties. The construction thickness is easy to control, the construction adaptability is strong, and the efficiency is high. Early strength and quick drying, simple process, greatly shortened construction period.
e. Low construction cost: The system is directly constructed on the dry base layer, and the leveling layer and the thermal insulation layer are combined into one, which greatly reduces the construction cost.
f. Good integrity: the insulation system is fully bonded with the base layer to form a continuous cavity-free whole, ensuring the insulation layer is firm and safe, and the on-site construction can be freely shaped, especially for special-shaped parts and inverted ceiling surfaces.

2. Scope of application
The finish is the external insulation layer of paint or tile; the external plaster of the large model built-in Shule board system.
Inner insulation layer including enclosure structures such as stairwells, partition walls of households, kitchen and toilets, enclosed balconies, ceilings, etc.;
Insulation layer of steel structure building;
Insulation layer of building special-shaped structure;
Insulation and filling of the inner layer of dry hanging stone;
Ground insulation; ground heating insulation.

3. Construction technology
Clean the walls that need heat preservation.
Prepare 2 bags of granules and 1 bag of powder and mix them evenly.
The mixing ratio is: dry mix: water=1:0.9, mix well and then use.
According to the thermal insulation thickness required by the design, use the well-stirred thermal insulation slurry to lay out the spots, not less than one per square meter.
Apply the insulation layer in 2-3 times. In the first pass, it is required to compact as much as possible to make it adhere firmly to the wall and try to make it thicker. After natural curing and dry noise for 3-4 hours, apply 2-3 times, and level and calender.
The dividing seam of the drip groove should be directly embedded in the insulation layer during the second application.
After the insulation layer is basically dry, paste a grid cloth or make a steel wire mesh (the grid cloth is not necessary for the internal insulation of the outer wall).
Remarks: The shrinkage rate of the product: 15%-20%
4. Matters needing attention
The construction temperature should not be lower than 5°C, and the insulation layer is cured and dried for about 2 days (it is advisable to hold it with the palm of the hand), and then carry out the construction of the protective surface layer.
The stirred insulation slurry must be used up within 1 hour, and the use of obsolete ash is prohibited.
5. Storage
Stored for 3 months under ventilated and dry conditions, protected from rain, moisture, and sun;
