1. Product overview:
Water-resistant putty has high whiteness, fineness, and easy construction. The product has excellent water resistance and bonding strength after curing. 2. Grassroots treatment and construction:
①. The base layer should be solid, clean, roughly level, without clear water, and the base layer strength should be greater than or close to the putty strength.
②. The base layer with strong water absorption should be moistened with clean water (no clear water) or be sealed with a diluted primer before scraping the putty.
③. The newly plastered cement wall should be putty scraped after the curing period.
④. According to the ratio of powder: water≈1:0.4~0.5 (weight ratio), stir it evenly, leave it for 5-10 minutes, and then stir it well before use (the consistency is suitable for construction).
⑤. Scrape with a steel scraper or spatula as usual. The first step is used to level the base surface, and the second step is used for compacting and troweling. During construction, a single batch scraping should not be too thick. If you need to find the thickness locally, it should be obtained through multiple batch scraping (the thickness of the wet film should not be greater than 1mm in a single batch scraping).
⑥. The thickness of the scraping coating is 0.8~1.5mm, and the dosage is 1~1.5kg/m2.
3. Matters needing attention:
① The temperature of the construction site should be above 5℃.
②. Walls with severe alkali reversion and walls with clear water should undergo special treatment before they can be used.
③. When the climate is too dry or the wind is strong, moisturizing measures should be taken (such as prohibiting ventilation, and regularly spraying water on the ground, etc.) to prevent the putty from evaporating too quickly and causing dryness and powder loss.
④. This product is alkaline before it is completely dried, and has a certain corrosive effect on metals, wood, etc., and corresponding protective measures should be taken during use.
4. Storage, transportation and packaging
①. This product should be stored in a dry place, and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.
② The storage period of this product is 6 months under standard storage conditions.
③. The transportation of this product is handled in accordance with the "Non-Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules".
④. Packing: 50kg/bag, 40 kg/bag.
