5. Construction technology:
1) Primary treatment:
The surface of the thermal insulation board to be pasted should be as smooth, firm and clean as possible. If necessary, it can be sanded with coarse sandpaper. The insulation board should be pressed tightly, and the possible board seams must be filled with insulation material or foam (never use mortar or plaster to fill). If it is a large cast-in-place concrete mold with built-in polystyrene board for external wall external insulation system, the surface of the insulation board needs to be leveled with rubber powder polystyrene particle insulation mortar.
2) Preparation of materials
Add water directly and stir for about 5 minutes, and use after stirring evenly.
3) Construction of materials:
Use a stainless steel plaster knife to wipe the anti-cracking mortar on the insulation board, press the glass fiber mesh cloth into the wet plaster mortar and level it.
The joints of the grid cloth should be overlapped, the overlapping width is 10cm, the glass fiber grid cloth must be completely buried, and the thickness of the fiber-reinforced wipe surface layer is about 2-5mm.

1) The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall should not be lower than 5℃, and the wind power should be lower than 5 to avoid rainy construction.
