Bonding mortar

The bonding mortar is specially designed for polystyrene foam insulation board (EPS) and extruded board (XPS). It is a cement-based polymer modified bonding material used for bonding such insulation materials on indoor and outdoor walls and roofs. . It has high bonding performance, plastic deformation elastic function and water resistance effect, and the anti-aging and weather resistance is synchronized with the building.

4. Construction technology:
1) The state of the base wall:
The base wall must be flat, strong, clean and dry. The loose part of the paint layer and plaster layer on the surface of the base wall must be removed. The newly painted plaster layer must be dried and hardened before it can be used.
2) Construction of materials:
Use a trowel to wipe the adhesive glue on the insulation board, and then evenly knead and paste the insulation board on the base wall from the bottom up. The board surface should be flat, and the board seam should be compressed until there is no gap. Check the flatness with a ruler, and there should be no glue between the board seams.
Pasting method: point-side pasting or strip pasting, the pasting area is ≥80% of the entire board area.
Precautions:
The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall should not be lower than 5℃, and the wind power should be lower than 5 to avoid rainy construction.
Knead and press evenly when pasting the insulation board, without slap and vibration.
Within 48 hours of pasting, the next process cannot be carried out, and touching, knocking, and vibration should be avoided at the same time. In case of wind force above level 5 or rain, protective measures should be taken.

Five, matters needing attention:
1) The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall should not be lower than 5℃, and the wind power should be lower than 5 to avoid rainy construction.
2) Within 24 hours after the completion of construction, the next process cannot be carried out, and rain washing and bumping should be avoided.

Six, packaging and storage:
1. This product is packaged in kraft paper bag with peritoneal film, each bag is 50kg.
2. Do not store in the open air to prevent moisture.
