High-strength high-speed rail repair mortar is a high-quality ready-mixed shrinkage compensation repair mortar, which is made of high-quality cement, selected stones, high-quality fillers and synthetic imported polymers. After adding water, this product can be mixed into a high-quality repair mortar. Due to the extremely low water requirement of this product, it can ensure the early strength of the mortar and other important properties required for repairing concrete.

use:

High-strength repair mortar is suitable for repairing the defects of concrete spalled soil components caused by the corrosion of steel bars, such as honeycomb and cement slurry loss. This product is suitable for vertical or upward construction. The thickness of the single-layer coating is 50mm and 30mm respectively. The actual coating thickness of the application depends on the size of the individual repair area and the number of steel bars. In the case of thicker conditions, it can be used for multi-layer coating.

Construction plan:

Surface treatment:

Before construction, use a cutting machine to cut the repair area into the approximate depth, chip away all loose concrete, completely remove the rusty iron, and remove the dust on the concrete surface. Before repairing, use clean water to pre-wet the surface, remove excess water, and apply a layer of polymer modified cement interface coating on the base surface. If the repair mortar on the interface coating batch has dried out, it must be thoroughly removed and reapplied before the repair mortar can be approved.

Stir:

Use a motorized mortar mixer or a low-speed electric drill with a suitable mixing blade to mix until it reaches the desired consistency. Put in the right amount of water first, then start the mixer, then gradually add the product to the water, keep stirring for 5 minutes or until the material is completely uniform.

construction:

During construction, the repair mortar should be directly applied with ash or a ruler by hand and pressed onto the base surface that has been coated with the interface agent coating. In general, the thickness of a single layer on the back side is up to. If the coating layer is too thick to cause a fall, the affected part must be completely removed and re-applied with a thinner patch of mortar. Thicker repair parts need to be applied in multiple layers. The middle surface must be scratched and coated with interface coating, and then a layer of repair mortar must be applied.

Maintenance:

After the construction is completed, the exposed surface needs to be cured. Suitable curing agent (efficiency should be greater than 90%), wet sacks or continuous watering can be used.

Health and safety:

The high-strength repair mortar is alkaline and will irritate the skin. During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes, and wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection. Once contact with skin, rinse with water, if contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately, and seek medical attention as soon as possible . This product is non-toxic and non-flammable.

Storage:

Avoid direct sunlight, and store it off the ground on a pallet to prevent rainwater and avoid excessive pressure. Failure to follow the above storage method may lead to premature failure or agglomeration of the product.
